Rename your eSIM to "iTechSIM"
Your phone labels the line with the local network's name, not ours. Here's how to change it — about twenty seconds.
Your phone labels the line from the local network we connect you through, so you'll see something like Travel – AIS, Travel – Singtel, or sometimes just Secondary. That's completely normal — it's naming the network partner powering your connection, not a fault, and it doesn't mean the wrong plan was installed.
A label you recognise just makes it easier to tell which line is which.
Copy the name, then follow your phone:
iTechSIM
iPhone
Settings → Mobile Service → tap the iTechSIM plan → Mobile Plan Label → Custom Label → paste → Done.
Android
Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → tap the iTechSIM eSIM → SIM name → paste → Save.
It changes the label and nothing else — not your data, expiry or balance.
While you're there: check Data Roaming is on for the iTechSIM line. That one actually matters — without it you won't get online when you land.
