Refund Policy

Before you activate

If you have not yet scanned or connected the eSIM, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Message us on chat or reply to your order email — refunds go back to your original payment method.

After the QR code is scanned or activated

Because eSIMs are digital data profiles, refunds cannot be issued once the QR code has been scanned or the eSIM has been activated — unless the service fails due to a technical or network fault on our end. The moment an eSIM connects, the carrier bills us, so we make this clear before you buy, not after.

If it genuinely doesn't work

If the eSIM never works because of a technical or network fault on our side or our supplier's side, and our support team can't get you online together, you get a full refund — even past the 7-day window.

Top-ups

Top-ups follow the same rules as plans. An unused top-up on a never-activated eSIM is refundable within 7 days; once data has been used it is non-refundable.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
