These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of travel eSIM data plans from iTechSim Pty Ltd (“iTechSim”, “we”, “us”), Melbourne, Australia. By buying or using an iTechSim eSIM you agree to these Terms. Please read the refund section carefully — eSIMs are digital products and special rules apply once they are activated.

Due to the digital nature of eSIM data profiles, refunds cannot be issued once the eSIM QR code has been scanned or activated, unless the service fails due to a technical network fault on our end.
If you have not yet installed or connected the eSIM, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If the eSIM fails to work due to a technical or network fault on our side or our supplier’s side and our support team cannot resolve it with you, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 7-day window.
